The Association of Rehabilitation Programs in Computer Technology (ARPCT) is a North American network of more than 60 member programs with a 30+ year history of training and placing people with disabilities in computer and IT roles. Facing a diverse client base—many with little or no work experience—ARPCT needed scalable, varied training without requiring staff to be experts across many business and technology topics.

ARPCT implemented Skillsoft’s IT, Desktop and Business Courseware Collections and the Skillport LMS to provide on-demand, comprehensive learning across subjects. The solution has supported training for over 13,800 people, helped many learners secure technology careers, and led to ongoing product improvements driven by ARPCT user feedback.
