ArcelorMittal - Customer Case Study

ArcelorMittal, the world’s leading steel and mining company with operations in 60 countries, wanted to better leverage the knowledge of its diverse, geographically dispersed workforce. The company sought a collaborative, social learning framework to capture expertise, foster peer interaction and encourage employees to apply their experience across different roles.

Working with Skillsoft, ArcelorMittal launched "Learning from Failure," a three-module blended program combining Skillsoft Leadership & Business Skills content with third-party materials (including project management and Six Sigma prep) and two webinars to promote dialogue and reflection. The program delivered 73 hours of training to 47 participants, achieved an NPS of +41, and 94% of participants said they would probably or certainly apply what they learned on the job.
