Apexon, an IT services and consulting firm that had just merged five companies into one, needed to unite a diverse workforce around shared values and a clear understanding of the business. Apexon partnered with Skillsoft to create Elevate Essentials, a custom Aspire Journey combining Skillsoft content and internal materials on Consulting Essentials and Agile Essentials. The mandatory program—reinforced by team-leader champions and awarding a digital badge on completion—cross-trains developers and consultants, resulting in stronger collaboration, a more unified culture, and improved ability to address client needs and capture revenue opportunities.
