Altran, a global leader in engineering and R&D with roughly 47,000 employees, faced retention pressures and needed to move beyond a formal, technical-only training model. The company wanted an employee-centric talent development strategy that covered broader subjects, supported professional qualifications, and centralized learning content for easy access.
Altran implemented Skillsoft’s Percipio to enable a flipped-learning approach and build in-house programs aligned to business goals. Employees use Business Skills content to pursue PRINCE2 and other certifications and Technology & Developer content to deepen engineering expertise. Results include 150 licenses, 901 learning hours recorded in five months, and a clear increase in employees pursuing professional qualifications.
