Working with Skillsoft, Able rolled out the Welch Way to its leadership across three business units and built an online operating system, Execute to Win, to institutionalize accountability and track business outcomes. The program helped deliver sustained 20%+ CAGR, uncovered nearly 200,000 hours of capacity in one year (avoiding roughly 100 hires), and positioned the company to grow in size by about five times.
