A SkillShark Athlete Evaluations Case Study

Preview of the Regina Community Basketball Association Case Study

How one group set up 1200 kids in SkillShark in under 10 minutes

Regina Community Basketball Association, the oldest youth sports league in Western Canada, needed a faster way to manage athlete evaluations for its grades 5 to 8 programs. The organization contacted SkillShark Athlete Evaluations in 2019 and tested the platform with a small group before expanding its use.

Using SkillShark Athlete Evaluations, RCBA uploaded athletes through an Excel sheet and set up about 1,200 kids in under 10 minutes. The platform streamlined administration across multiple age divisions, and the RCBA reported that the SkillShark team was easy to work with and available on weekends, helping them run evaluations efficiently and save significant time.
