Zywave Increases Product Usage through Partner Training by 200% with Skilljar

Zywave, an insurtech company serving insurance professionals, faced the challenge of training partners across four business lines and seven acquisitions while quickly onboarding new companies and increasing platform utilization. After three unsuccessful attempts with other systems, Zywave selected Skilljar to power Zywave University as a flexible, SSO-enabled LMS that could be customized and integrated to meet diverse partner training needs.

By relaunching Zywave University with Skilljar — using multiple course types, SCORM authoring, user segmentation, and UI updates like role-based catalogs and an “Additional Solutions” tab — Zywave saw rapid gains: a 51% increase in users, a 71% increase in course registrations, more than double the videos completed, and a nearly 200% increase in product usage tied to partner training, plus faster time-to-launch (under four months) and hundreds of SCORM course completions.
