After relying on Sales and Support to run two live onboarding trainings each week, Egnyte turned to Skilljar to build a more flexible customer education program for its enterprise secure content platform.

Working with Skilljar, Egnyte launched Egnyte University, a blended, on-demand training program with tailored learning paths for end-users and admins. Since launch, Egnyte says users find value in its platform 2x faster, more than 10,000 hours of learning have been completed, and the program consistently hosts more than 1,000 active users each month.
