SmashFly, an enterprise recruitment marketing platform, needed to scale customer training and an industry certification that had unexpectedly drawn nearly 2,000 sign-ups. Their instructor-led, three-hour classes were resource-intensive and didn’t meet global customers’ demand for shorter, on‑demand content, so SmashFly partnered with Skilljar to implement a Learning Management System and launch Transform Academy and SmashFly University.

Working with Skilljar, SmashFly re-recorded and packaged its pilot certification into a nine-course Transform™ Academy and converted live three‑hour classes into ~45‑minute on‑demand modules for SmashFly University, launching the certification in three months. The Skilljar-powered solution now serves 2,000+ active users, reduced instructor time and operational burden, enabled private consultative sessions and WebEx-integrated trainings, and made on‑demand, 24x7 learning available to global customers.
