IPRO Integrates a Learning Center Into Onboarding Process and Increases User Engagement by 78%

IPRO, a Tempe-based eDiscovery and information governance software company, faced an inefficient onboarding model that relied on time-consuming, in-person paid training and limited live sessions. To scale customer education and reduce reliance on 1:1 training, IPRO turned to Skilljar and launched the IPRO Learning Center (powered by Skilljar) to offer self-guided eLearning, live courses, webinars, and certification paths.

Using Skilljar, IPRO integrated the Learning Center into its onboarding flow with subscription plans, learning paths, CSM check-ins, and certifications, making training self-service and trackable. The results were measurable: in the first five months after integration the Learning Center drove over 70% of course registrations, 78% of course completions and 67% of monthly average users; after 14 months IPRO logged 1,704 registrations, 901 completions (53% completion rate) and 666 MAUs—demonstrating Skilljar’s role in streamlining onboarding and boosting user engagement.
