Enact MI, a leading mortgage insurance provider, faced a fragmented customer-training experience that relied on multiple backend systems (an LRS, Vidyard, GoToWebinar) which made reporting, certificate reprints, and learning-history access cumbersome — especially after their LRS was retired. To create a self-service training experience and simplify administration, Enact MI selected Skilljar and its training catalog platform.
Using Skilljar, Enact MI launched a unified training catalog in December 2021 with integrations to Salesforce, GoToWebinar, Google Analytics, and Tealeaf, giving customers access to certificates and learning history and giving admins direct control over content. The Skilljar solution delivered strong early results: in the first three months the catalog averaged 2,460 monthly users, 35.8k course enrollments, 25.4k completed courses and a 71% completion rate, plus faster sales response through real‑time engagement data, streamlined internal workflows, and improved analytics.
