Construction Management Software Launches Certification Program and Scales Customer Training with Skilljar

Procore, a construction management software company, faced rapid user growth that strained its Customer Success team—staff were spending excessive time scheduling training, chasing users by email, and even conducting on-site sessions. To scale onboarding and certification efficiently, Procore partnered with Skilljar to launch an online onboarding and certification program and a self-paced training platform.

Using Skilljar’s training platform, Procore made its courses freely available to customers, employees and industry professionals, built hands-on labs and five job-related task simulators for its mobile iOS app, and enabled certificate publishing to LinkedIn. As a result, Procore has granted more than 100,000 certifications, achieved course completion rates well above industry benchmarks, and grown a private Procore Certified User LinkedIn group to over 2,200 members—creating a new channel for lead generation and increased brand awareness.
