A Skilljar Case Study
Cisco Cloudlock and Cisco Umbrella, part of Cisco Cloud Services, were constrained by a legacy LMS that couldn’t scale, lacked analytics, and created heavy administrative overhead. To modernize customer and internal training, Cisco partnered with Skilljar to build an on-demand learning experience—launching the Cloudlock Training Center on the Skilljar platform with Salesforce and SSO integrations and a focus on better UX and administrator efficiency.
Skilljar launched the Training Center using Cloudlock’s existing content, added new courses, built in Salesforce and single-sign-on integrations, embedded feedback tools, and provided analytics to track customer health. In the first two months the center recorded more than 850 course registrations and reached its completion-rate goal; it has since grown to three units (Cloudlock customers, Umbrella customers, and internal employees) with over 3,000 users from more than 1,000 companies.
