Case Study: PUMA achieves adaptive, multilingual ethics training with Skillcast Group

A Skillcast Group Case Study

Preview of the PUMA Case Study

When PUMA wanted to create an on-brand adaptive e-learning course that reflected employee diversity, they turned to Skillcast

PUMA, the third-largest sportswear manufacturer, engaged Skillcast to create a bespoke online refresher for its Code of Ethics training. Their challenge was to develop a course that was completely on-brand and respectful of their diverse, global workforce. It needed to acknowledge employees' prior knowledge to avoid wasting time and focus on key risk behaviors.

Skillcast implemented an adaptive learning solution featuring a gamified pre-assessment. Learners who passed this test took a shortened 10-minute course, while others were routed to the full 22-minute version. The course was available in 12 languages and used PUMA's own imagery to better reflect its corporate identity. Skillcast delivered a highly effective program that received outstanding feedback from PUMA employees for its relevant tone and context.
