Skillcast provided its off-the-shelf Bribery Prevention course, which was tailored and localized for Rotork. The solution was delivered via the Skillcast Portal LMS and led to a 313% increase in learning and development. Following this success, Rotork expanded its program using the Skillcast Essential Library and Authoring Tool to create and deploy over 40 additional compliance and soft skills courses, embedding long-term training capability within the organization.
