Delivering Multi-tenanted LMS for an International Banking Group

The major Italian banking group, formed through multiple acquisitions, faced the challenge of centralizing and disseminating compliance training across its 24 different entities and 165,000 employees, each with its own unique technology and culture. They selected Skillcast as their partner to implement a solution using the Skillcast Learning Management System.

Skillcast designed and delivered a multi-tenanted LMS, creating and hosting highly customized training courses. They translated and localized content into 18 languages, producing 96 tailored versions of a single course to meet specific jurisdictional risks. This solution achieved a remarkable increase in compliance, with completion rates jumping from 0% to 94% within six months and successfully averting potential regulatory action for the bank.
