Bespoke Training for a Major UK Retail Bank

A major UK retail bank partnered with Skillcast to address the challenge of training employees for its new premier banking service. The bank needed to develop its staff's customer service, relationship management, and advisory skills while ensuring they understood the new brand values and customer proposition.

Skillcast developed a comprehensive, three-year internal qualification program. This solution included a high-impact introductory module and 70 technical training courses delivered via e-learning and face-to-face sessions.
