A Skild Case Study
Stanford Center on Longevity ran the Stanford Center on Longevity Design Challenge to address maximizing independence for people with cognitive impairment, inviting student teams from accredited colleges worldwide to develop products, services, or programs that improve mobility, quality of life, and support for those living with dementia and their caregivers.
To execute the challenge, Stanford Center on Longevity solicited submissions, selected eight finalists to present their designs, and connected those teams with interested industry partners for potential collaboration; the program generated measurable engagement—global student participation and eight finalist projects advancing toward real-world partnerships—demonstrating Stanford Center on Longevity’s impact in catalyzing solutions for aging and cognitive health.
