Elite Home Theater Seating, a Canadian manufacturer of luxury home theater seating, was using an outdated Flash-based 2D configurator that limited how customers could view their products. The company wanted to improve the visualization experience to make customers more comfortable with the design process and ultimately increase sales. They partnered with Sketchfab to develop a new solution.

Sketchfab, along with their partner Tapmod Studio, built a 3D configurator using Sketchfab’s 3D Viewer API. This allowed clients to fully customize and interact with seats in 3D. The solution resulted in a 20% increase in sales conversion, significantly improved the client experience, and helped Elite HTS differentiate its brand from competitors.
