Lightonline, a Paris-based online lighting retailer, wanted to improve its video content strategy to build trust and guide shoppers to the right product. They worked with Skeepers and its User Generated Video solution to turn customer testimonials into authentic video content that bridges the gap between technical descriptions and real-life use.

Skeepers helped identify ideal customer ambassadors, simplify video creation, automatically edit and optimize clips for e-commerce, and publish them across product pages, a Video Shopping Gallery, YouTube and social channels. The campaign generated 4,000 applications, recruited 50 ambassadors and drove an 8% increase in conversions while enabling measurement of video engagement, sales and ROI.
