Losch, the largest player in the Luxembourgish car sector with more than 930 employees and 14 affiliated companies, needed to modernize recruitment across highly diverse roles (from mechanics to digital managers) and could no longer manage large applicant pools manually. To address this challenge they chose skeeled’s AI-based recruitment platform to automate CV matching, personalised mass communication and collaborative workflows.

skeeled delivered a centralized, paperless hiring solution featuring automated pre‑screening, AI CV matching, integrated personality tests, structured video interviews and in-platform sharing/commenting. The platform centralized 1,450 direct plus 370 spontaneous applications, automatically screened out nearly 400 applicants (reducing CVs to review by 34%), supported ~120 job postings and helped Losch hire over 130 candidates (including ~30 internal hires), cutting review time to about five minutes per candidate and speeding collaboration from minutes to seconds—improving time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
