How Sales-Lentz Streamlined Their Recruitment Process With skeeled

The Sales-Lentz Group, a Luxembourg transport group of about 1,300 employees across 10 companies, struggled with disorganised, paper-heavy hiring workflows and the difficulty of managing roughly 80 applicants per vacancy. To standardise and digitalise recruitment across the group they adopted skeeled’s AI-based recruitment software to centralise applications, automate screening and improve candidate communication.

skeeled implemented a single platform with automated CV screening, personality tests, structured video interviews, collaborative comments and automated candidate emails. Over two years Sales-Lentz published 40 jobs, hired 130 people from 3,220 applications (869—27%—automatically rejected by skeeled’s AI), with 964 profiles scored “Good” and 340 “Great”; recruiters also ran 593 video interviews and 365 personality tests, exchanged 237 comments and sent 5,238 emails through the platform. The result: paperless, faster hiring (about 3 minutes average screening per application), better candidate engagement and higher-quality hires thanks to skeeled.
