Nu Skin, a global direct-selling company, faced a messy, time-consuming recruitment process: recruiters handled dozens of CVs by email, lacked a central database, and needed to improve collaboration and reduce screening time. To address this, Nu Skin partnered with skeeled to digitize and modernize its hiring workflow.

skeeled delivered an all‑in‑one platform—multiposting, AI‑powered CV screening, pre‑recorded video interviews, personality assessments and a collaborative candidate workspace—which enabled Nu Skin to post 68 jobs and hire about 40 people in year one. After implementing skeeled they received 2,045 CVs (1,095 rejected by the AI, 54%), collected 907 video interviews and 343 personality tests, cut agency spend by 20%, reduced time spent screening candidates by 25%, and increased team collaboration (692 comments and 1,491 candidate emails sent via the platform).
