How LALUX entered the digital era of recruitment with skeeled

LALUX Assurances, a leading Luxembourg insurance company, was hindered by a traditional, paper-based recruitment process—printed applications, CVs sent by email, time-consuming manual preselection and limited collaboration across 90+ agencies—that made it hard to attract and evaluate talent and engage younger candidates. To modernise and centralise hiring, LALUX selected skeeled’s recruitment software, including AI pre-screening, personality assessments and pre-recorded video interviews.

By implementing the skeeled platform, LALUX centralised 648 digital applications plus 415 spontaneous candidates across 26 job openings (≈25 applicants per job), used skeeled’s AI to identify and auto-reject nearly 300 poor matches (a 46% reduction in candidates to review), and hired more than 22 people since January 2017. skeeled’s personality tests, video interviews, collaborative commenting and integrated emailing sped up the cycle, improved quality of hire and increased inter-agency collaboration.
