COSTANTINI, a civil engineering and construction group operating in Luxembourg, France and Belgium with around 573 employees, faced the challenge of hiring specialist talent across many trades while centralising candidate data and achieving GDPR compliance. To streamline a recruitment process that attracted roughly 30 applicants per job and improve data protection, COSTANTINI selected skeeled’s AI-based recruitment platform (smart recruitment software) to digitalise and organise their hiring workflow.
skeeled implemented a centralised, GDPR-proof recruitment solution with automated job publishing, AI pre-screening/matching, video interviews, personality tests, automated emails and CV sharing. Over one year COSTANTINI published 38 jobs and received 1,004 applications; skeeled’s pre-screening rejected 295 applicants (29.4%), scored 200 as “Good” and 56 as “Great,” supported 148 video interviews and 221 personality tests, and helped the team save considerable time in initial steps—enabling better candidate engagement, collaborative decision-making and compliant data handling while resulting in 7 hires.
