CHU UCL Namur, the largest private employer in the province of Namur and a university hospital with over 4,500 employees (including 500 doctors), faced a pressing need to recruit a wide range of medical, paramedical, technical and administrative profiles—amid COVID-19-driven staff shortages—while ensuring GDPR compliance.
