To manage thousands of daily bookings while maintaining social distancing and minimizing wait times, BioReference turned to Skedulo’s scheduling platform.

Skedulo worked around the clock to deliver a tailored solution with self-service, location-based appointment booking, automated reminders, and unique QR codes for each patient to speed check-in and reduce manual data entry. The result was more than 4 million appointments scheduled, 17+ testing facilities supported, and wait times reduced by 50%, with staff able to move patients through in just 5–6 minutes and use real-time data to better plan staffing and future volume.
