Autovista Group, Europe and Australia’s leading automotive data, analytics, and industry insights provider, needed a new way to manage office space after the COVID-19 pandemic changed how its employees worked. The company rethought the role of the office and turned its spaces into “Hangouts” for short in-person meetings and collaborative work, while needing a system that could support booking rules, permissions, occupancy tracking, and SSO.

Skedda provided the space booking system Autovista Group used to run the Hangout model. With booking conditions, user tags, space sharing rules, interactive floor plans, SSO, and the Insights panel, Autovista Group could limit bookings to four hours, control access, monitor usage, and decide when to open or close offices based on demand. The company also used Skedda to reduce unnecessary travel, manage workplace energy use, and expand the system from London to Bratislava, Frankfurt, Madrid, and Vienna.
