Skedda gave Trent & Dove a booking system with custom floor plans, rules and permissions, user tags, and a native Microsoft Teams integration. The platform helped the team improve wayfinding, protect sensitive meetings, and make layout decisions based on utilization insights; after rollout, 71% of employees reported positive feedback, user adoption reached 70%, and a later survey found that over three-fourths of employees were satisfied with the move to Skedda.
