TRAINM is a Belgian neuro rehabilitation center that delivers personalized, high‑intensity therapies using non‑invasive brain stimulation, neurotechnology, virtual reality, neuro‑gaming and robotics. Facing the challenge of scheduling robotic machines and coordinating many therapists across four floors, TRAINM sought a visual, shareable booking system and turned to Skedda for its flexible bookable‑space functionality.

Skedda mapped each robotic machine as a bookable space, gave patients view‑only access while letting admins select patient names and add therapist initials to booking notes, and used color‑coding for quick visibility. The Skedda setup improved scheduling transparency and control across TRAINM’s four floors, eliminated patient editing of bookings, preserved privacy by only storing basic contact details, and enabled TRAINM to add more resources to their scheduling board while receiving “immediate feedback” on the system’s usability.
