Scott Rice, an office and school furniture provider in Kansas City, wanted to add Steelcase’s LearnLab to its Knowledge Center showroom to showcase a modern collaborative learning environment. To complete the space, the company needed an A/V technology partner to handle the room’s digital and presentation needs.

SKC Communications provided the technology solution, including LCD monitors, a Christie Digital projector, and an AMX Enova digital switcher to connect laptop inputs, room displays, and projector content, with iPad control for the teacher. The result was a flexible, tech-enabled classroom model that helped Scott Rice and SKC Communications support universities and school districts in creating collaborative “classrooms of the future.”
