Landmark Bank partnered with SKC Communications to replace an outdated videoconferencing system that was making internal communication and board meetings difficult across its geographically dispersed branches. The bank needed a better way to conduct executive meetings without requiring travel hundreds of miles between locations, while also improving communication for employees and customers.

SKC Communications implemented an Avaya Scopia video solution, linking Landmark Bank’s seven locations with room systems, desktop units, conference room endpoints, and a mobile cart setup. SKC also provided the necessary monitors, mounts, and hardware. The result was more frequent board meetings, significantly reduced travel costs, and improved customer access to bond and investment experts at smaller rural branches through face-to-face video connections.
