Rosetta - Customer Case Study

Rosetta, a customer engagement agency, ran a major 2013 holiday online campaign for a large national retailer and needed to reach shoppers close to conversion while keeping costs low. Rosetta partnered with Sizmek using Sizmek Vantage, its managed RTB buying service, to deliver retargeting and e-mail retargeting across multiple online properties and include FBX placements.

Sizmek Vantage helped Rosetta optimize the campaign in real time by shifting budget toward higher-performing channels and swapping in the best creative messages, such as free shipping and best sellers. The results were strong: Sizmek was the top performer in the media plan, with ROAS more than 50% above the next-best partner, 99.98% of budget delivered, and overall CPA ending at $3.71, well below the $5 goal.
