PokerStars Casino, the world’s largest poker site, wanted to boost awareness and live-stream views for its European Poker Tour Barcelona event across nine European markets. Working with Sizmek and MediaMath, it needed a way to keep dynamic ads synchronized with a fast-changing webcast while reaching desktop and mobile audiences.

Sizmek delivered real-time dynamic rich media with expandable units, XML-fed creative updates, and analytics to track performance and viewability. The campaign produced 1.3 million impressions, 19,000 30-second-plus video views, a 79-second average dwell time, and a 67% expansion rate, helping drive nearly 2.8 million total views and making the campaign 4x more effective than standard banners.
