Citibank worked with Sizmek on a Dynamic Creative retargeting campaign for its Citibank Reward Platinum card in Malaysia, aiming to drive new credit card applications while managing frequent offer, rate, and message changes. The challenge was to tailor ads to different shopper interests and behaviors across the customer journey, while keeping production efficient.

Sizmek’s Dynamic Creative enabled pre- and post-conversion retargeting with personalized banner versions based on user behavior, and the team created 87 versions in just three days. The campaign cut production time in half and delivered 42% higher conversions versus a previous non-behavioral retargeting campaign, while also automatically optimizing toward the best-performing ad versions.
