University of Virginia Health System launches Epic Communicator in 2010 with Six Feet Up

Six Feet Up implemented a Plone-based solution called Epic Communicator, which presented users with a role selection popup upon arrival. This selection customized the entire site's content to be relevant to the user's specific duties. The solution fostered user interaction and feedback through PloneCommenting, allowing for dialogue on new system updates and suggestions for improvements prior to the go-live date.
