Open Society Foundations streamlines KARL releases and cuts VM use with Six Feet Up

The Open Society Foundations needed a robust knowledge management system to support their distributed organization of staff and affiliates. They developed the open source KARL platform to meet this challenge and engaged Six Feet Up for hosting and development support.

Six Feet Up provided comprehensive hosting infrastructure design, implementation and ongoing support for KARL. The vendor created an improved, shared infrastructure that reduced the number of required virtual machines and established automation for releases, allowing for faster implementation of updates.
