National Science Laboratory launches a Plone multi-conferencing system in 1.5 days with Six Feet Up

A national science laboratory contacted Six Feet Up for Plone training, which revealed broader infrastructure needs. A key challenge was to build a modular multi-conferencing system that would allow dozens of research teams to easily create, duplicate, and manage their own event sites for conferences and other gatherings.

Six Feet Up architected a solution using Plone 5.2, creating custom add-ons that enabled teams to quickly launch new sites with bespoke themes and conference functionality. The solution included comprehensive training and documentation. As a result, multiple teams are now using the system in production, with feedback being incorporated for future releases.
