Tiger of Sweden, together with By Malene Birger, needed a modern point-of-sale solution to replace their expensive, clunky PC-based legacy system and support a more unified commerce approach across stores and channels. Sitoo was rolled out across 38 stores in six countries in less than a day, with store staff completing the deployment themselves with Sitoo’s support. The new system delivered easier-to-use in-store workflows, out-of-the-box loyalty integration, custom Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration, reduced support and onboarding effort, better stock visibility, and significant IT cost savings for Tiger of Sweden and its sister brand.
