YAYA, the Dutch lifestyle brand for women, was growing internationally across 32 concept stores in six countries and needed a modern, mobile-first POS that could work consistently across markets and connect with ecommerce and loyalty. With Sitoo, YAYA set out to replace multiple legacy POS systems with a single, internationally capable solution that was easy for store associates to use.
Sitoo provided a cloud-native, API-driven POS that integrated with YAYA’s ecommerce, Adyen payments, and Voyado loyalty setup, helping create a more seamless omnichannel experience. As a result, YAYA streamlined checkout, improved omnichannel capabilities, gained a 360° customer view, and made it easier to add new services such as loyalty features and drop shipments.
