Lagerhaus - Customer Case Study

Lagerhaus, Sweden’s retail giant, wanted to transform its stores and place a much stronger focus on self-checkout. To support this shift, the company partnered with **Sitoo** and implemented **Sitoo POS**, with self-checkout as the central part of the in-store experience.

With **Sitoo**, Lagerhaus expanded from two regular POS to 4–10 self-checkouts plus one stationary POS, creating 11 checkout points. The rollout drove clear results: 90% of sales in large cities and 60% in smaller stores now go through self-checkout, average monetary purchase increased by 10%, and average basket size rose by roughly 33%, while store associates gained more time for floor support and operational tasks.
