Indiska, the Swedish department store founded in 1901, needed to replace a painful legacy POS system that limited mobility, slowed operations, and made true omnichannel retail difficult. The company also wanted real-time data across all touchpoints, more flexible campaign handling, and a POS built for fashion retail, so it selected Sitoo POS.

Sitoo helped Indiska roll out a cloud-native POS across 70 stores in Sweden, Finland, and Norway in about four months, largely implemented by Indiska’s own teams with support from Sitoo. The new setup enabled real-time inventory visibility, easier inventory management, faster checkout, and seamless click & collect; after two months, click & collect accounted for 33% of total sales. Indiska also reported lower running costs, improved store associates’ working environment, and a better customer experience, with Sitoo integrated alongside systems like Voyado, inRiver, and Microsoft Dynamics.
