Hummel, a Danish sportswear brand with nearly 100 years of history, was in the midst of an ambitious European expansion, moving from a wholesale model to opening its own physical stores. To support this growth and the daily operations of its new stores, Hummel required a modern and easy-to-use point of sale system. They chose to partner with vendor Sitoo and implement the Sitoo POS platform.

The solution from Sitoo provided a system that was significantly easier to implement and use than Hummel's previous systems. The Sitoo POS empowered store associates to serve customers anywhere in the store, enabling a redesign of cash desks to create better customer experiences. The technology greatly aided the day-to-day running of the stores, supporting the brand's rapid expansion to 18 locations in Denmark and throughout Europe.
