With Sitoo, Efva Attling implemented a more seamless cross-channel experience, including easier in-store returns for online orders, digital receipts, and richer product information directly in the POS. The brand also transformed paper-based product catalogues and lists into digital information accessible to store staff, while keeping content consistent across Instagram shopping, physical stores, and ecommerce. Sitoo reports that implementation was very smooth, staff feedback was highly positive, and the new platform enabled Efva Attling to take its customer experience to the next level.
