DK Company - Customer Case Study

DK Company, a multi-brand fashion group with over 200 stores across Europe, faced a challenge in unifying its numerous acquired retail chains, each operating on a different point of sale (POS) system. Their outdated and fragmented IT architecture made daily operations difficult for store associates and hindered customer experience. The company sought a new, integrated Unified Commerce Platform and POS system from vendor Sitoo to streamline operations and future-proof their business.

The solution implemented was Sitoo's Unified Commerce Platform and cloud-native POS. This provided real-time visibility of all stock across every store and online, eliminating the need for employees to manually phone around to locate items. The open API platform also allowed for seamless integration with DK Company's loyalty program. The results from a pilot program were described as incredibly positive, with the retail director likening the upgrade to moving from an old Skoda to a Tesla. The rollout, which will see 110 stores using Sitoo, is expected to significantly improve efficiency for store associates and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
