The team kept the full navigation and booking widget visible after login and ran the test for 80 days with over 15,000 users and 38,000 visits. The visible navigation drove a 5% lift in Rooms & Rates engagement, a 5% increase in purchases, and a 5% revenue gain; the company rolled the variation out to all traffic and expects an extra £7,761 in monthly revenue, and will re-evaluate other previously neutral campaigns.
