A travel booking agency for young professionals used SiteSpect to address a mobile conversion problem: users were getting stuck on the tour info page and not progressing to request quotes or book trips. The objective was to increase quote requests and ultimately bookings.
They ran a multivariate test on CTA color (black vs. blue), position (lower left vs. centered), and copy (four text variations), creating 16 combinations and pausing underperformers during the campaign. The winning combo increased clicks on the "See dates and prices" button by 6% and clicks to select a date and get a quote by 5% (both at 99.9% significance), producing a 4% uplift in bookings—about 300 additional bookings—and leading to a follow-up test refining color, font size, and CTA text.
