BOGS, the Weyco Group footwear brand, wanted to increase revenue and engagement while reducing manual merchandising work and helping shoppers discover products more easily. To do that, BOGS used SiteSpect’s Product Recommendations to improve its online experience across a diverse customer base that buys seasonal, functional footwear.
SiteSpect helped BOGS A/B test recommendation configurations on the homepage and product detail pages, refine product attributes and category definitions, and roll out complementary recommendations. The result was an 8.4% increase in revenue, along with better user engagement and more informed merchandising decisions through continuous testing and optimization.
