Art Supply Company, a large retail ecommerce business, wanted to increase revenue per visit on its product display pages. The challenge was that customers had to scroll down the page before they could purchase, so the company worked with SiteSpect to test whether an above-the-fold button would improve user behavior and conversion.
Using SiteSpect’s experimentation platform, Art Supply Company added a “Purchase Below” button on the PDP that jumped visitors to the purchase options further down the same page. The variation won, delivering a 2.7% increase in revenue per visit, a 3.9% lift in conversion, and a 5.8% increase in conversion for new users.
