Pediatric HIV/AIDS Cohort Study launches secure intranet and knowledge base with SiteRocket Labs

The Pediatric HIV/AIDS Cohort Study (PHACS), a long-term government health study, faced the challenge of disseminating its HIV/AIDS research findings to the public while also needing a robust platform for internal staff collaboration. They engaged SiteRocket Labs to design and develop a comprehensive public website and a custom intranet solution to address these dual needs.

SiteRocket Labs implemented a public-facing knowledge base and a secure, custom-built intranet. The solution featured a custom document management system, a specialized query and FAQ system, event registration, and conventional intranet tools, all built on the Laravel framework. This enhanced the study's ability to share information publicly and significantly improved internal communication and collaboration for researchers and staff, as praised by a stakeholder from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
